Pre-Order Sale - This is the cheapest window for ordering items. Demand during this window ultimately decides how much stock of an item we are going to produce. There is usually an All-In discount option for a multi-figure wave in addition to the lower Pre-Order/Sale price point. Money is collected at time of purchase.
Pre-Sale - This buying opportunity window has limited inventory available. We have already started production on the wave. With production already started, we can not increase the amount we are producing and can only offer limited quantities in the Pre-Sale. Money is collected at time of purchase.
In Stock - In stock only occurs after all Pre-Sale orders have shipped. Prices are increased to their full direct price. Stock can be extremely limited. Money is collected at time of purchase.
When will the Pre-Order Sale go up for Wave 2?
The Pre-Order Sale for Wave 2 will not go up until after Wave 1 is delivered. We want fans to be able to make an informed decision.
Will you have multiple waves outstanding at the same time?
Having 3 waves on the KICKSTARTER was to show the depth of the line. In the future we do not want to have more than 2 waves outstanding at any one time. Lead time is crucial for maintaining a steady release schedule. We do not want to hold anyone's money for more than 12 months.
Why does the price for figures increase for In Stock Sales?
In addition to ensuring you will receive the figure, Pre-Ordering also offers a discounted price. It seems only fair for the collector to get a discount for paying for the figure up front. It is no different than a bank giving you interest for holding your money.
Will You offer reissues / second runs of figures?
No. Characters may be released in entirely new load outs or paint colors. This is not a judgement on any other company. There are many different ways to view re-issues as collectors. As collectors, we try to view all of our decisions from that vantage point.
