The images below are a look behind the scenes. We have a slightly different approach to how we use concept art in our process. We prefer that every artist add their own touch to each character. We feel that concept art is meant to inspire the final 3D sculpt, not define it. We might take one element from a design or utilize the entire work. One piece inspires the next. We also incorporate 3D concept art. Instead of fully detailing a sculpt of a concept, we may sculpt heads with enough detail to show what type of character we could to bring to life. This is just a small collection of concept art from several different artists.
